Hiring C. Sei-Hee Arii as my DUI/DWI lawyer was one decision I do not regret. She used her extensive knowledge of the law and being very resourceful to get me out of a sticky situation and I genuinely feel like she was fighting for me in court. She has very competitive rates and in additional to handling the district court hearings she also coaches you on the MVA administrative hearing and she does all this in a way that makes you feel comfortable and not doubt hiring her. She got all my charges dropped at the end of the day and I am forever going to be thankful for her diligent work.

Ms. Arii is a great people person! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and has your best interest at heart. She kept me informed of any findings (police report, insufficient evidence, etc) and voiced all of my alternatives. She was great through the entire process and even saved me from court fees. Sei-Hee Arii will work hard for you. I was very overwhelmed with my DUI/DWI charges against me. I didn’t know where to start, I never been in trouble with the law before, but the stacks were against me. When you get charges like I did, you will get a ton of mail from law offices. I went to three lawyers, my case was hard to prove, and I felt all three couldn’t represent me the way I needed them to. Again, I was very overwhelmed, so I started to look online to do my own research. I came across Sei-Hee Arii’s page. I read her profile and reviews, and I was impressed. My case was tricky, and I was apprehensive about calling, thinking I may run into the same type of lawyer. Boy was I wrong! I was faced with a legal situation (DUI) this summer and immediately turned to Google. After many searches for the Montgomery County area, Sei-Hee’s name kept popping up. I was charged with DUI, DUI per se, DWI, and failure to control vehicle speed on highway to avoid collision. Sei-Hee found holes in my case and was willing to fight it but I just wanted to get it over with. On the day of trial, Sei-Hee was able to get me the best outcome out of everyone else in court facing similar charges, unsupervised PBJ for the DWI and the rest of the charges dropped.
